It all began with an idea and a dream!

When we opened Neighborhood Kitchen in Ballston Spa back in March of 2023 we would have NEVER guessed that within a 6 month time frame of opening we would purchase a food truck! Well, call us crazy (because you have to be in this business, right!!??) but that’s exactly what we did. Our food truck has so many rental opportunities - from a backyard party, graduations, baby and bridal showers, festivals, corporate events, employee appreciations and fundraisers the opportunities are endless. We will customize a menu based on your event or you can use our standard menu (see below) if you choose. We also have an in-house event coordinator to help you with all of the coordination and planning.

We are located in Ballston Spa, NY and can travel to Saratoga Springs,, Albany, Schenectady, Troy, Rensselaer County, Lake George, Glens Falls and Vermont…just to name a few locations!!
